I’d like to make a complaint. I tried using your site builder today, and I found it unreliable and glitchy. I have decided that WordPress is not the right service for me, and I would like a refund.

How on earth do I speak to someone at WordPress? I’m finding this whole experience VERY frustrating. I didn’t want to ask a forum. I wanted to ask for my money back.

Hi,
I have already cancelled my subscriptions, but there is nowhere to request a refund. The only option I have at this point is to talk here on this forum. That’s where the contact link sends me.
Please would someone actually get in touch with me via email. This is incredibly frustrating. I would really like my money back.

When you cancelled your subscription, since you were within our refund window, you were refunded automatically.

Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account depending on your bank’s policies.
