Cancelling and requesting a refund

Hi I’d like to cancel my Premium upgrade and request a refund because I’m now planning on deleting the blog. I’ve been trying to do this and it says ‘Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.’

Thanks! I’ve taken a look and can confirm that the payment has already been voided successfully. The upgrade was still active, so I have removed that for you.
