Cancelling annual subscription after 14 days

Dear WordPress help team,
I would like to explain to you my situation. I’m trying to make a refund for my canceled annual subscription.
I checked your website and you have a walkthrough process there for cancelling the subscription and getting back an adequate refund automatically. I followed those steps and did the cancellation.
Having said that I realized that you have a policy of 14 days refund for an annual subscription cancellation. Unfortunately I missed this deadline and I apologize, my mistake.
I hope we can make an exception here as I’m returning back to you not that far from the original purchase (October 16, 2024). Also attaching the bill for more info.
What I suggest as a solution is to take a full month subscription and refund the rest of the subscription back to the card (details are stored under Payment Methods section).

The refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find the copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
If you haven’t received the refund even after the said time, let us know and we’ll take a look.
