Cancelling Auto-Renewal for Domain

  “There was a problem removing the Private Whois upgrade from your domain. “
  Why does it say this when I try to cancel my automatic renewal for my domain?

  Please help!

  Auto-renew has already been disabled on your domain, so you won’t be charged.

  But there is already a pending charge on my bank statement, even though I wasn’t supposed to be charged for the renewal yet.

  And it still hasn’t cancelled on my account page on wordpress, how do I make it reflect in my account that my domain will not renew and that I will not be charged?

  The charge hasn’t gone through on this end, so the pending charge should be removed by your bank soon.
