How do I cancel the renewal of WordPress plan and domain name? No purchases are showing on my account.

I do not see any sites under your @journalartorg WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

Hi thanks for replying. I got a message to say that my WordPress.com plan for faithhopeloveart.com renews soon and I will need to cancel payment if I don’t want it to auto renew which I don’t. I never managed to find time to create the site and now I can’t get on it to close it.
Any help gladly received. -
Thanks for the details. It looks like the subscriptions were purchased under a different account than the one you’re logged into right now.
If you don’t remember the credentials to access the correct account, look for an ID of a recent purchase, and use it with the Account Recovery form here:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/.
Once you’re in the correct account, you’ll be able to manage the subscriptions from this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
