Cancelling custom upgrade bought by deleted user?

  Hi,
  A user, who has since been deleted purchased a custom design upgrade, for the blog http://anastasiacatesays.wordpress.com/. HOw do I cancel the custom upgrade?

  It looks like that upgrade will expire in a couple days. Could you just let it expire instead?

  Or, are you trying to renew/purchase it under your own account?

  Unfortunately it is set to auto renew. Actually that is the problem. Otherwise it would just expire.

  Could you ask the old user to log in and cancel the upgrade? Or to post here and make the request?
