  I would like to cancel the quinnipiachonors.com domain and the automatic renewal that occurs on Jan 5.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.
