Cancelling Domain

  Hello I purchased a domain subscription and premium plan a few hours ago. I cancelled both but only received a refund for the premium plan, not the domain registration. Will I also be refunded for the domain registration? Your sites policy states that as long I cancel it within two days that this would be possible. When will I get a notification and receipt showing my cancellation of the domain and refund?

  Hello, so I just found that I can keep the domain purchase through wordpress and map it to another host, which is my intention now. However, I did select cancel under my purchases. Can you stop the cancellation please.

  Basically, what I would like to do is keep ownership of my domain (so uncancel it) and use another site to host it, like godaddy.com. Is this possible?

  I do not want to have to wait the time necessary (60 days) to retrieve the domain name and start building my site.

  I just refunded the remaining purchase for the custom domain. Apologize for the inconvenience. You should see the refund reflected on your bank statement in 7-10 business days.

  Hi Darnell. I actually wanted to keep the domain and planned to direct it to another host. Is this possible??

  I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore maranathajoyas.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.
