Cancelling domain

    Hi all,
    A few minutes ago I started creating a website with wordpress. However, I have changed idea after choosing the domain and selecting the plan. I would like to understand whether my domain has been registered or not and, if yes, how to cancel it. I would also like to make sure that I do not have to pay anything — this should be the case given that I have not completed the order and did not provide any pieces of information such as credit card numbers (and the page showing my purchases is empty). Can someone please help me?
    One more question: are there any phone numbers or e-mail adresses to contact the wordpress team for a more “direct” support?

    1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?

    Thank you for your reply. The domain is giuliomazzolo.com and in the future I would like to register this domain somewhere else. The website is giuliomazzolo.wordpress.com. The username is giuliomazzolo. I started purchasing the upgrade something like one hour ago. Nevertheless, I think I haven’t ordered anything, as I assume the purchase was not complete (I provided no information for the payment).

    You have never bought an upgrade from us. Unless you entered your credit card details and confirmed payment you have also not paid us anything.

    The domain, giuliomazzolo.com, has never been registered with us, and from what I can see is still available to purchase at any domain provider. Your account only owns the free site at http://giuliomazzolo.wordpress.com/
