cancelling domain

  I cancelled my pro plan and domain name as it did not allow me to do what i needed – i did this about 5 min after i took it out and it said a full refund was due. I want to cancel the domain fully. It hasn’t been refunded though and i am still owed £100. Please can you refund the rest.

  I’ve checked your account and the Premium plan was refunded in two payments on 26-Mar-2017 and 30-Mar-2017.

  You hadn’t already been refunded for the domain, so I’ve sorted out that for you.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
