Cancelling domain

    I have been charged for a domain (foodandthekenyangirl.com) which I thought I had cancelled last year. I want to cancel it now but the WordPress account linked to this domain is now closed. How can I cancel it?

    Hi –

    It’s not possible to delete an account when an upgrade, plan, or domain remains in place. That account is still active. We just need to hear from you under the account connected to foodandthekenyangirl.com and then we can process the refund and cancel the domain for you. Afterwards, we will make sure you’ve got things cancelled appropriately.

    Hi!!
    If you have been charged for the domain it should be active. I have added the modlook tag so the staff can look into this.
