    Can I get a refund if I haven’t used my account?

    Firstly, it would be nice if you can share the url for the site you need help with. Providing your site’s URL helps the volunteers and the staff here on the forum to understand where your site is hosted and also provide relevant suggestions.

    Anyhow, now that you have already posted your question here, is the domain you need a refund for purchased with WordPress.com? If yes, you can request for a refund irrespective of your account being used or not. But whats’s important to request a refund is if your purchase here with WordPress.com is still within the 30day refund period.

    WordPress.com offers a full refund for 30 days, but remember they do not provide pro-rated refunds if you cancel after 30 days.
