cancelling domain and refund

    Hello. Is it possible you can tell me the status of my domain cancellation please? I cancelled my domain so that it would be available in godaddy, but it is still not there. Why is that?

    Hi there, canceled domains aren’t released immediately, and depending on the domain, it can take anywhere from a few days to more than a year before it will be available to buy again.

    In this specific case, we have a few options for you to regain control over the domain:

    Wait: You can wait about five days from registration for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you may be able to purchase it again with another provider.
