Cancelling domain mapping

    Hello I recently noticed my custom design was renewed but decided to cancel it and get a refund because I wanted to move my site to wordpress.org which I have hosting for. I was able to cancel and get the custom design payment refunded.

    I would also like to cancel and get a refund for the domain mapping please ? I can’t perform this in my account for some reason.

    Can you help ?

    Hi Louise,

    I can see you have already canceled the domain mapping so I went ahead and issued a refund. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.
