Hello! I am trying to cancel the domain mapping that I have on auto-renew, but am having a hard time. The website url is goodbadtastemedia.com

Hey there! You just need to log into the account that owns the upgrade. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.
Or if you own the card but not the account, you can reach out directly to billing. Use the secure form at wpchrg.com to locate the charge, then you should be able to get in touch.
