cancelling domain mapping

Hi, I got a bill for $13 for domain mapping for my blog on April 10th . I didn’t want to continue with this so I cancelled it in my account details and I was told that if I cancelled this within 7 days of receipt of the bill I would be refunded, however I have just received my credit card with the bill still to pay. Why have I had no refund?

I’ve refunded the charge associated with this Upgrade. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.

OK, thanks, can you confirm this annual charge is now cancelled? I think I have done so after I received the last bill but can’t find where to check now.
