Cancelling domain name
-
I recently registered and paid for a domain name with wordpress.com thinking that I would be able to use FTP. I just made the purchase, so apparently I have two days to let them know that I want to cancel. Does this include a full refund? And how will I know if I’ll actually get the refund? Who do I email/let know?

It looks like you’ve already submitted a support ticket, and it was taken care of a few minutes ago.
You received a fell refund.

Does it take a certain amount of time for the domain to cancel? Because the site is still there.

It can take the domain up to 72 hours to be removed from your ISP’s DNSs cache, up to a week for it to be returned to the open market, and up to a week for the credit to appear on your statement.

Hello, I have a question for the forum. I need to request for my domain to be canceled; it was registered less than forty-eight eight hours ago, and I would like a refund. However, it says that on the “contact support” page that support will not be re-opening for another week or so. I am concerned that if I wait that long I will not be eligible for a refund. Any tips on how best to proceed?

You’ll need to log in as the user who purchased the domain.
Once you do that, the contact form will appear on that page.

I’m sorry, I have logged in, and I do not see a contact form or a link for it; the only thing I have found is the page saying that customer support has not opened yet. Can you please send a link for the contact form?
