Cancelling Domain Subsription

Hello WordPress team. I would highly appreciate your support with cancelling my domain subscription. I am unable to do so, as by going to the Purchases section, nothing appears, even though I have been paying since June. Would highly appreciate your support before the next billing cycle. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that receives purchase and renewal notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access that account.
