Cancelling domain yearly renewal after transferring the domain

    I was wondering how to cancel my domain yearly subscription renewal after I have transferred my domain. I cannot find the auto-renewal switch to turn it off on my manage purchases page. Please can you help me to cancel my yearly subscription of greenconch.co.uk. Thank you very much.

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that your domain greenconch.co.uk has successfully transferred to another provider. When you transfer your domain we automatically remove it from your purchase, so there are no future renewals for it. You can confirm that greenconch.co.uk is no longer listed here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    However, I do see that you still have a domain (greenconch.org) on your account with us, and that separate domain is set to autorenew. If you wish, you can click on it (from the purchases page) and you will see an option to cancel on the next page.
