Cancelling free premium trial

  Hi,

  I’m trying to cancel my free trial premium and account. (incomesavvy101.wordpress.com) but no joy.

  These are the steps I’ve followed:

  1. Logged into my account
  2. Gone to Admin dashboard
  3. Under Store, I’ve clicked on My Upgrades
  4. Click on the clog
  5. Click on Cancel
  6. Prompts me to give a reason why I want to cancel, which I’ve given several times
  7. Clicked on Cancel WordPress.com premium button
  8. On the screen I get this message: You requested cancellation of a bundle. Please check your email for a message with a confirmation link.
  9. I’ve cancelled a few times but I still have received a confirmation link?

  Please can some help me. The billing is due for the 4th October and i have been trying to cancel for over a week already.

  hmm why you cancel your free premium trial? explain please. is that any different signifcant? hope your case is clear..

  Did you check your spam/junk folder or if you use Gmail, the Social tab of the inbox? If the confirmation email isn’t there, let us know.
