Cancelling free premium trial

    Hi,

    I’m trying to cancel my free trial premium and account. (incomesavvy101.wordpress.com) but no joy.

    These are the steps I’ve followed:

    1. Logged into my account
    2. Gone to Admin dashboard
    3. Under Store, I’ve clicked on My Upgrades
    4. Click on the clog
    5. Click on Cancel
    6. Prompts me to give a reason why I want to cancel, which I’ve given several times
    7. Clicked on Cancel WordPress.com premium button
    8. On the screen I get this message: You requested cancellation of a bundle. Please check your email for a message with a confirmation link.
    9. I’ve cancelled a few times but I still have received a confirmation link?

    Please can some help me. The billing is due for the 4th March 2015 and i have been trying to cancel for over a week already.

    What do you see here?
    Dashboard → Store → My Upgrades
    Dashboard → Store → Billing History

    Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

    You will not be billed moving forward.
