cancelling free trial

hey i started the blog http://craftp01.wordpress.com and then got the 2 week business free trial. Before the 2 weeks were over i deleted the blog but my credit card still got charged. i have tried to request a refund but i when i click the cancel and refund button nothing comes up. i was wondering if you could cancel and refund the upgrade for me?

Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial and disable auto-renew.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

I’m sorry for the trouble! I just canceled that Business plan and issued you a full refund. (Please note it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)
