Cancelling free Trial

  I am trying to cancel my free trial, I went to my site and cancelled and although it said that it would send me a confirmation email it never did. I deleted the website, but when I go under my account it still says I will be billed on the 6th of December. Please cancel my Premium free trial.

  I’m sorry to hear that the cancellation didn’t work for you! It would not have renewed since your site was deleted, but I went ahead and cancelled it anyway.
