Cancelling Jetpack Pluggin

    I am seeking some help regarding the cancellation of a Jetpack Pluggin, which was being used for a past client of the company that I work for. Due to no longer working with said client, we no longer have access to any valid logins that will allow me to cancel the subscription, so we are continued to be charged by direct debit. I would really appreciate some help on this as we are very eager to sort this out. Thanks!

    You can recover access to the WordPress.com account this site is connected to and then we’ll be able to help you cancel the Jetpack plan.

    Since this is a paid upgrade, you can provide us with the transaction ID as a proof of ownership so we can restore access to the account. Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement:

    View Your Receipts and Purchase History

    and then send it to us through this form:
