Cancelling my domain

  I have two months left until the domain autorenews and have tried cancelling it, but there is no cancel button anywhere in my dashboard and not via Store –> My Upgrades either.
  What do I do?

  Information on canceling a domain name purchase:

  You will need to contact support. You can visit http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ and search for “cancel domain” and at the bottom there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?”

  If you found what you were looking for, you can choose “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or if you did not, you can choose “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.”

  The “no” option will reveal the contact form and you can fill it out for staff assistance to cancel your domain.

  @mygeneration1985 – Are you logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade? It won’t show otherwise.
