Cancelling my plan

I cancelled my plan a couple of weeks ago, within the 14 day limit, as I realised that I didn’t need the starter pack due to domain issues with my website provider. I have not received my refund. I therefore went back on today
to check the status of my request and it has given me a message which I do not understand, i.e. ‘An active access token must be used to query information about the current user’. Please advise and let me know when my refund will be processed… Thank youWP.com: Yes

Can you confirm on which site you bought this plan?
The only upgrades I see in your account is a Starter plan and domain connection for the domain, soulsparks.co.uk, bought for the site, soulsparkscouk.wordpress.com, ten days ago, on 27 June. That upgrade has not been cancelled.
If that’s the one you’re trying to cancel, please confirm here, and we can cancel and refund it from our end.
If you’re speaking of an upgrade on another site, that’s under a different account. In that case we’ll need you to comment here as the correct account to help with this.

Yes, that is the one I have tried to cancel. I followed your plan cancellation process last Monday to cancel it online, so I am unsure as to why it is showing as uncancelled your end.
Yes, please cancel it now for me and process the refund from your end.
