Cancelling My Subscription (domain name)

Here’s my situation:
I’ve received multiple email reminders that my domain name (matthewthomasmusic.com) will be renewed automatically today. But every time I go into the ‘Manage Purchases’ section in my account, it doesn’t list any purchase or websites to cancel. Just trying to figure out how to NOT get charged later today, but having a hard time following the advised process to do so. Any help ASAP would be appreciated!

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling auto-renew for your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into cancelling auto-renew for subscription purchase. However, you should be able to stop the renewal yourself if you are logged in as the owner of the upgrade.
