cancelling my upgrade

I upgraded to premium, and realize I don’t need it right now – I tried to cancel via “cancel my upgrades” but the screen didn’t do anything. It says an email was sent – but no email. I cancelled 1 day after purchase –
Please help me cancel premium..
Also, can I cancel premium and just pay for the domain? or what are my options. I cannot find a phone number anywhere to address this issue. Please assist ASAP.

Sorry for the trouble canceling that upgrade. You’re welcome to pay for just the domain and cancel the rest of the Premium trial. I just sent you an email with more instructions for how to do that — please let me know if you don’t receive that email from me. :)
