Cancelling my website

  Hi, I wish to cancel my website on here cabincrew1 as I am unable to change the theme and I would prefer to use the wordpress app instead. Please can I cancel both and get a full refund. (I have already gone into Manage purchases to cancel but there doesn’t seem to be an option there for me to do this)! Thanks Jennifer

  Hi Jennifer –

  If you cancel cabincrew1.wordpress.com you will not be able to access the site at all, it is not able to be recovered.

  I see that cabincrew1.wordpress.com is currently using The Gateway Theme. Each of our themes has a corresponding instructional page and site demo.

  For example:
  https://wordpress.com/themes/gateway/
  https://gatewaydemo.wordpress.com/

  Did you need help picking a new theme? Are you looking for a certain feature or design element? Can you share more about your ideas for the site?

  The WordPress app is used for both WordPress.com and self hosted WordPress sites.

  The 2 versions of WordPress are different and you can read more about those differences in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Please remember that cancelling or deleting a .wordpress.com site is a permanent action. If you have plans to continue using this site then this isn’t the right option. Please read over this information.
