Cancelling my website

I did my best to cancel another year of billing which was for the record billed on Christmas (11 months – not 12 months after I had paid for my first year). I would like to cancel and all I have to go on is that I pressed cancel. I have no email recording that I’ve cancelled my billing and I have not received a refund on my credit card. Help.

Ideally it would take 7-14 days for refund to appear on your original payment source. Also note that refunds are issued only if you cancel within 30 days of purchase of your WordPress.com plan.

I can see that the refund was issued on December 26, 2017. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
