Cancelling new domain

    Following a recent on line chat my friend cancelled a new domain which was set up on Tuesday 16 October 2018. The domain name was
    MikePenfoldSculptor.com. How do I get a refund of the monies paid. As I explained the website was set up by a colleague under the name Of forminstonex but was set up incorrectly.
    Following a chat yesterday I was informed that I would get a full refund providing it was done in the next 24 hours
