I want to cancel my paid subscription and delete my domain so that I can go to wordpress.org and have bluehost as my support. I have submitted this several times and there is no link for me to finish the cancellation. Please help.

Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.
I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance with canceling the domain as you will want to retain the URL and cancel the rest. The process is laid out here http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/cancel-domain/ Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Here’s a brief summary of what’;s involved in the move you are making:
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate.
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/1. Hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/
2. Set up a WordPress.org install and equip it with a theme and plugins.
http://wordpress.org/themes/
http://wordpress.org/plugins/3. Export your content out of your WordPress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/ and import it into the install.
4. Purchase a site redirect upgrade from wordpress.com
http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/ or if you have domain mapping then update the nameservers http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/5. Transfer subscribers and stats. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/ and https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/migrating-wordpresscom-followers-to-new-self-hosted-site?replies=1
6. Set your wordpress.com blog visibility to private. To change blog visibility to private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3 . See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
Alternatively you can purchase a Guided Transfer and Staff will do the move and set up for you http://en.support.wordpress.com/guided-transfer/
NOTE: WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Hi there,
I’m sorry for the trouble canceling your WordPress.com Premium upgrade. I see that you signed up for a trial of this upgrade, which means that we haven’t collected payment for the upgrade yet.
Given that, you have a couple choices:
1. I can cancel the WordPress.com Premium upgrade and custom domain iamtahiyya.com for you, and you won’t be charged for those upgrades. However, it can be tough to get a cancelled domain back — if you cancel iamtahiyya.com it may not be released by our domain registrar right away, and there’s no guarantee that you will be able to register it again elsewhere: Cancel Domain
2. I can cancel everything in the WordPress.com Premium upgrade except your custom domain iamtahiyya.com. Then, you can point your domain to Bluehost and use it with your self-hosted site there. If you’d like to do that, I can send you a payment form for $26 for the cost of registering your domain name for the first year (including private registration).
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed. :)

Thank you. I need to cancel everything because I went on did a site with wordpress.org using a different domain name and pointed it to Godaddy.com.
Thank you. I was too excited to wait. -
No problem. I just cancelled everything for you (WordPress.com Premium and your custom domain) so you’re all set here.
And I understand being too excited to wait — have fun with your new self-hosted site! :)
