Cancelling payment

  I need to cancel my payment that I didn’t realize was automatically reoccurring. I have gotten a divorce and I do not use this website anymore and the money came out of my ex husband’s account.

  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  You can also find refund policy here:

  However, now you can also directly get in connect with WordPress.com billing team by filling this form at wpchrg.wordpress.com .

  There are no charges listed on the account you are contacting us from, which suggests you have another.

  Can you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your renewal reminder or purchase receipt was sent to? As @arvindsinghu mentioned, you should then see the option to cancel it from the Manage Purchases page in that account.

  Come back to me if you have any trouble — but please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums (only the site address).
