Cancelling Payment

Wordpress charged my card and I did not want to continue with my plan. I called to downgrade when my card initially got declined but they processed my payment. How do i get reimbursed since I can’t talk to anyone on a free plan. thanks

Hi there,
I checked your account and do not see us charging you with an auto-renewal of your upgrades. Your upgrades expired and were removed on 5/20. If you received a charge, how much was it for? We’d need the transaction ID from your bank statement to find the charge, because it was not under the account you are contacting us from.
