cancelling payment and account

  Hi, I have been charged £240 on 03/02/19 for totallyredms.wordpress.com, a wordpress site that I cancelled and do not use. Please could you help me organise a refund and cancellation the(redacted transaction information)

  I just wanted to note as well, the plan was not previously cancelled. The site is still active (just not with a custom domain at this point.)

  If you want to make the site private, or delete it, please log in as user totallyredms and head to https://wordpress.com/settings . Let us know if you’re having trouble accessing that account.
