Cancelling personal bundle and getting a refund…

  I am trying to cancel my personal bundle… but it won’t let me? Can anyone help?

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although international refunds (outside the US can take a little longer). You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
