  Good afternoon,
  I am trying to cancel my plan and receive a refund as I no longer need it. Can you please help?

  Hi there,

  We offer a full refund on all plans for 30 days after purchase. However, it’s been almost 3 months since you purchased your plan, and it’s not possible for me to refund it any more at this stage.

  I see you’ve already cancelled the plan, but I can add it back for you if you want to keep it until it expires.
