Cancelling Plan

Hello. I have cancelled my premium plan last night after about 5 hours of use. But only the Personal plan money was given back. (I upgraded to premium from Personal plan)
Who can i reach to solve my problem? -

From what I can see everything has been refunded. I see that 143.00 TL was refunded on 2020-02-22 as was 156.00 TL. The total purchase has been refunded. It could take up to ten days for those funds to reach you. Contact your banking provider for more details on when they’ll release the funds to your individual account. Best wishes. My plan renewed per the receipt that I got this morning on 2/23/20. I do use it & haven’t used it since March of last year. How can I cancel and get a refund?

No problem. I’ve processed that refund and $96 will be returned. It could take up to ten days for those funds to reach you. Inquire with your bank directly about any delays. Do not delete this account until those funds have been received. Write back with more questions.

I would like to clarify that i bought yearly premium plan which is 300 TL. First personal then upgraded to premium. As for today, the premium plan funds are refunded which is about 143 TL. I also cannot see any plans in wp.com/me/purchases page which is why i created this topic in the first place.
I will be checking my account next week if it can take up to 10 days as you said.Much thanks

Ask your bank or card provider how those are going to come through on your statement. They can also tell you when the funds will be delivered in to your individual account. We have released the funds. Let me know what they say.
