Cancelling plan and deleting my account

Hello,
I just attempted to cancel my plan on WordPress (premium) but when attempting to confirm on the confirmation email it states that there was a problem cancelling my plan. Could you cancel my plan and fully delete my account for me as I’m becoming annoyed at this.
Also, I’m certain I cancelled my plan last year but then I was charged £70.85, which obviously made me very annoyed. As I’ve not used WordPress for months, is there any possibility of me receiving a refund for this payment as I’m certain I cancelled my plan previously.
