Cancelling plans and content.

  If I upgrade to a business plan, and add a custom theme, but then after a period of time go back to a free plan, will I lose my custom theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In a word, yes. Any plugins, third party themes or custom CSS you had added with a Business plan would be removed if you returned to a free plan.
