Cancelling Premium

    Hi I’m new to Word Press but don’t feel comfortable paying up front a year in case I do not like your product. Do you refund any months unused if I decide to cancel?

    Hi there,

    Our plans are refundable for the first 30 days after you buy it, but you don’t need to have a plan to have a site here.

    You can have a fully-functional site at a free WordPress.com domain on a free plan.

    I suggest you hold off on upgrading at first. Spend some time getting to know our system and setting up a free site. If you then decide you want to add our Premium features to your account you can always do so later.
