Cancelling premium account but want to renew the domain – how to?

  I no longer need the premium service since my site is hosted elsewhere but need to renew the domain name. The upgrade page does not allow me to do this. How can I get this taken care of?

  Hi there,

  It looks like you have managed to cancel your Premium Plan, as I no longer see it on your account.

  I now only see the domain, zampmarketing.com, which will expire in December 2016.

  Let me know if you need more help with this.
