Cancelling Premium Subscription

    Hello,

    I need assistance in cancelling the premium subscription I have for thewriteobsession.com. I have started a business and do not have sufficient time for this blog. I understand I would lose the domain registration for thewriteobsession.com, this is okay.

    Hi there. You can cancel your upgrade via the My Upgrades section of the dashboard: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

    If you run into any difficulty, reply in this thread and I’ll tag it for staff attention.

    Also look out on your dashboard for the “Can I help you” pop-up window. If you see that it means a staff member is available to help you in live chat. That might be faster than waiting for them to respond in the forum.
