Cancelling Present and future Payments

I’ve tried to follow the process to cancel subscription and recent auto-annual payment returned.
When following Purchases Screen option, there is no Cancel Subscription option, and therefore automatically renew continues until the end of time.
Unless I delete my card details from payment methods drop down box, there is no cancel subscription option?

It sounds like you want to cancel your subscription? It looks like you were able to cancel/refund that purchase earlier today. Regarding that refund, please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.

Following your reply on November 3rd, 2021, I have still not received a refund.
On November 4th, 2021, my account did receive two payments of £0.01.

Many thanks for reaching back out.
I can see that the refund has been processed and this can also be seen in https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
You would need to contact the bank as to where those funds will appear.

@concernedcitizn – I just sent you an email to the email address on file for your account with more information about the refund including the ARN for the refund.
The ARN is the “Acquirer Reference Number” – a tracking number which your bank can use to trace the payment and refund. You may need to ask for the request to be escalated as front-line banking staff may not have the access to do this.
