Cancelling Service

    Hi there – I drafted this site a year ago but never launched – so I just need to cancel the account and everything related. How do I properly go about that? I will be contacting Bluehost to cancel hosting services that I had naively started. Thank you

    The site I need help with is onlinegalfriday.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi there,

    All you have on our end is a connection to your site made via the free Jetpack plugin. You can remove that connection from either Settings ->General here on WordPress.com, or from Jetpack ->Dashboard in WP-Admin on your site.

    If you want to completely close your WordPress.com username account, you can do that from https://wordpress.com/me/account, which will also automatically terminate the Jetpack connection.
