  This website is under my credit card but I do not have access to the account. I need this cancelled immediately and the most previous charge refunded.

  Hello there,

  I can’t see any active charged in this account.

  If you’ve been charged, it’s possible to locate a transaction id as per this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id and this can be used with the account recovery form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  This is unhelpful, as I’ve stated this domain is not in my account. Please do not send links to forums that have no relevance to my issue. My credit card is being charged in an account I do not own. I need this cancelled immediately and the most recent transaction refunded. I can provide you with the transaction ID that posted on my credit card.

  This is a public support forum and posting sensitive banking details in public is not recommended.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ our support team will be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
