Cancelling Site

  Hello! I recently repointed my domain over to a new site I built with Squarespace, and want to make sure I’m fully unsubscribed from any WordPress billing. I don’t see anything under my ‘Purchases’ tab in my account. Are there any other further steps I need to take to cancel my WordPress site?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi! I don’t see any paid products associated with this account, or with the only site attached to it.

  Had you purchased anything from us in the past? If so, can you log out, then log back in with the email address the invoice and renewal reminders go to? That will be the one to use. Or, you can share a link to the affected site.

  That domain has never been assigned to a WordPress.com site, from what I can see. It’s been using the Bluehost hosting service since 2019. You’ll want to reach out to them to make sure all your subscriptions have been canceled. I hope that helps :)
