Cancelling Subscription

  I have Premium package. I am trying to cancel the auto-renewal and cancel the charge from couple of weeks ago. The site keeps saying ‘You need to be the plan owner to manage this site.’ and keeps sending me in circles. I also can’t find the live chat that I should have access to. Manage Plans doesn’t take me anywhere. Help!

  The Premium plan for 5daysofdigitalliteracy.com is owned by another user of the site. Are you able to logout of jenni26cg and login as 5daysofdigitalliteracy instead?

  5daysofdigitalliteracy.com is bundled with the Premium plan. We don’t recommend cancelling a domain unless you are sure it won’t be needed in the future.
