cancelling subscription

Hi, I’ve just been charged again with a new annual subscription but I haven’t used it at all really so want to cancel and get a refund. I cant get into anywhere on wordpress to manage this as I get a message saying ‘concierge is unavailable try again later’ I have stopped future payments in my paypal account today but have already been charged, almost $100 for the new subscription. Any suggestions to make sure I can get a refund and how to actually contact wordpress I would be most grateful, thank you

https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
If you’re having any trouble with that, we can help you, just let us know. Please bear in mind you have 96h to obtain a refund for the domain and 30 days for the plan.
