Hi there
I have transferred my business to someone else hence I didn’t get the renewal notice.
I’d like to get a refund.How to do this?

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

I have given that email address to the current owner. Is there any email that I can speak to WordPress customer service in order to get a refund?
